Scope of this policy
This policy covers data processing that occurs when you visit nowmini.com, read product information, use the contact page, ask about our services, or seek support for a NowMini cloud Mac order. It also covers basic technical records generated to keep the website secure, available, and diagnosable.
When you sign in to the console to manage orders, nodes, billing, or tickets, the relevant interface processes information according to the fields, purposes, and operating rules shown there. Console data and website enquiry records may be linked through an order or ticket ID to help us identify the same request.
Websites, software, or services provided independently by third parties process data under their own policies. This policy covers only the information NowMini can control or is entrusted to process while providing the website, cloud Mac services, and support.
Does this apply?
Information submitted through the NowMini website, support@nowmini.com, or a console ticket and used for enquiries, order management, node support, or security purposes will generally fall within this policy.
Data we collect
We process data in three categories: information you provide directly, information linked to your services, and information generated when the website runs. The fields collected depend on the feature you use; simply viewing a page does not automatically require complete identity information.
Information you provide
- Contact details: Name, work email address, team size, and any organisation or project background you choose to share.
- Requirements: Preferred region, primary use case, estimated term, workflow scale, environment requirements, and additional notes.
- Support materials: Time of the issue, reproduction steps, redacted error details, client environment, and diagnostic excerpts you choose to attach.
Order and service data
- Order ID, node region, selected term, configuration, and add-ons.
- Ticket number, handling status, and node or billing records relevant to diagnosing the issue.
- Transaction status or payment processing results needed to verify payment, without requiring complete card details in an email request.
Basic logs and device data
- Request time, pages visited, referring page, network address, and request result.
- Browser type, operating system category, device type, language settings, and necessary session identifiers.
- Error events, unusual requests, security alerts, and technical signals needed to prevent automated abuse.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, private certificate material, or personal data unrelated to the issue in public fields, ordinary email messages, or ticket descriptions. When logs are needed, retain the time, error code, and steps required to reproduce the issue, and remove credentials and sensitive business content.
How we use data
We limit data processing to clear service purposes. Each purpose requires a different amount of information, and we use the minimum scope needed to complete the task.
Answer enquiries
Understand your workflow, regional preferences, and term requirements, then answer questions about configurations, nodes, access, and billing.
Provide support
Link orders and nodes, reproduce access or runtime issues, record troubleshooting steps, and confirm whether the issue has been resolved.
Protect security
Identify unusual access, credential misuse, malicious requests, and activity that could affect service stability, while retaining necessary audit trails.
Improve the experience
Analyse page errors, navigation paths, and device compatibility issues to assess whether information is clear and fix interaction problems.
Meet applicable obligations
Complete order records, verify payments, conduct security audits, handle rights requests, and carry out actions required under applicable rules.
Prevent abuse
Detect abnormal request patterns, unauthorised access attempts, malicious code distribution, and other activity that violates service rules.
When the same information supports both customer support and security auditing, we assess its necessity and retention conditions separately for each purpose. For example, a redacted error log may help diagnose a fault, while an unusual-access record may help identify a later repeated attack.
Payment data boundaries
NowMini orders support USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe) only, with all charges settled in USD. The payment gateways available at checkout are determined by the result returned by the backend.
Card payments are handled through the applicable payment processing flow. The NowMini contact page does not ask you to provide a complete card number, expiry date, security code, or other complete payment credentials. For USDT-TRC20 payments, information used to match a transaction to an order may include the transaction status, transaction ID, and amount.
Information needed to find an order
- Order ID shown in the console
- Payment method and approximate payment time
- Redacted transaction ID or error details
Complete payment or access credentials
- Full card number and security code
- Wallet private key or recovery phrase
- Password, access token, or node private key
If you need to verify a payment, submit the order ID and redacted details through a console ticket whenever possible. This links the issue to the relevant order while reducing the exposure of unrelated data in ordinary communications.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods are determined by support, security auditing, order records, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. We do not apply one retention period to all data; instead, we assess whether retention remains necessary based on purpose and risk.
Information is used to answer an enquiry, deliver a service, link an order, or handle an active ticket.
Information remains available as needed for support reviews, security audits, billing checks, or applicable obligations.
Once it is no longer needed for the purpose, information is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified unless a valid basis for retention remains.
When setting retention periods, we consider the sensitivity and volume of the information, how it is used, the potential impact of unauthorised access, and whether the same purpose can be achieved with less data.
When you request deletion, we verify the requester’s relationship to the relevant records and check whether order processing, a security investigation, or an applicable obligation still requires them. Deletable information enters the deletion process; information that must be retained is subject to restricted purposes and access.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restricted processing of information relating to you. What we can do depends on the request, the outcome of identity verification, whether the data remains necessary for order or security purposes, and applicable requirements.
Access
Ask whether we process information relating to you and request details about its categories, sources, and main purposes.
Correction
Add to or correct inaccurate contact details, requirements, or order-related information that you can maintain.
Deletion
Request deletion of information that is no longer needed, lacks a basis for continued processing, or has exceeded its necessary period.
Restrict processing
Ask us to pause certain non-essential uses while we verify accuracy, the processing basis, or the scope of a request.
How to submit a request
Email support@nowmini.com, or sign in to the console to submit a ticket. State the action you want, the associated email address, and an order or ticket ID that can help us locate the records. Do not submit passwords, keys, or complete payment credentials.
To prevent someone else from using your request to access or delete data, we may ask for enough information to verify ownership of the relevant records. Verification is limited to what is needed to complete the request.
Data processing under this policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is established. Any related dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
Policy updates and contact
When the data categories, processing purposes, service flows, or applicable requirements change significantly, we update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of the page. The updated text applies from the date shown.
For changes that affect only clarity, formatting, or contact paths, we may revise the page directly. For updates that materially change how data is used, we will provide a clearer notice in an appropriate location.
You can prepare information for a privacy request, policy question, security report, or data-processing concern through the contact our team page, or email support@nowmini.com. For existing orders, please submit the issue through a console ticket first so it can be linked to the relevant order and handling records.
Share only what we need to locate the issue
Include the request type, associated email address, order or ticket ID, and the specific information you want to access, correct, delete, or restrict.
